This privacy and cookie statement applies to every visit to and use of the websites of Nolet Distillery B.V. (“Nolet Distillery”) at www.noletdistillery.com and noletdistillery.nl (the “Websites”). Nolet Distillery is responsible for processing personal data collated via these Websites. Nolet Distillery respects your privacy and abides by the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy and cookie statement provides information about how the personal data that is collated via these Websites is processed, as well as your rights to inspect and amend this personal data. Nolet Distillery is entitled to amend this privacy and cookie statement. Nolet Distillery will publish any such amendments on the Websites. When you visit the Websites, we process some technical data, such as the IP address and the operating system of your computer, the Internet browser you are using to surf the net and in some cases the most recent Internet page you have visited.
