On 19 May 2016, Cor Lamers, Mayor of Schiedam, announced that His Majesty the King had decided to grant the company the right to use the ‘Royal’ designation. That made the festivities for our 325-year anniversary even more special.

Nolet Distillery produces four brands. The biggest is Ketel One Vodka, which is sold worldwide. We also produce Ketel One Botanical, which has a lower alcohol content, and is marketed in three different varieties. And we make NOLET’S gin and NOLET’S Reserve. Both are sold mainly in the United States, but also in the UK and the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, Nolet’s KETEL 1 Original is one of the leading jenever brands. Last but not least, we also produce Proosje, a spiced liqueur for the Dutch market.
We market all our brands in the Netherlands and surrounding countries. Ketel One Vodka and Ketel One Botanical are available worldwide. Ketel One Vodka is sold in more than 90 countries worldwide and it is stocked by the better bars, wherever you happen to be.
The Nolet Distillery is located at Hoofdstraat 14 in Schiedam, the Netherlands, in the heart of the Dutch Distillers District.
Ever since it was established in 1691, the Nolet Distillery has been owned by the Nolet family. The tenth and eleventh generations of the family are currently running the company.
